iQlink have navigated Optima Partners brilliantly through the Kimble PSA this year, to help us improve the use of the platform in line with our business model changes. We have taken leaps and bounds in the use of Kimble, and in the reporting that we get out of it. Dashboards for each level within the company now exist with handy links to vacation, relevant reports etc. Exec reporting is easily done with most of our KPIs now in report form. It has been a fantastic relationship from which we are all now reaping the benefits.
