Sky Technologies provides customers with the skills they need to maximise the benefits of their investment in the Sky Technologies software. Customers are offered a flexible, tailored education and training service that can be scheduled and located at the customers’ convenience.
Training is usually conducted either on the customer’s site or at iQlink’s offices in the UK (near Reading) or at our partner’s location, and with the Sky Technologies ‘virtual training facility’ it can be conducted just about anywhere via on-line interactive internet based presentations.
Typical training requirements include:
- Business user training
- Operational/technical user training
- Developer training
In addition to the software products, training in the areas of SAP R/3 interfacing and background management is available on request
